Returns are always allowed within 30 days.

If you want to return one or more products, we ask you to register the return in advance by email. Please include your order number and which product it concerns, so that we can process your return as best as possible.

After your return has been delivered to us, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible via your original payment method. After receipt, it may take up to 14 days before we have fully processed your refund.
