Shipping & Returns

Once ordered, you can of course not wait until you have your delicious products at home.

Thalia's delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days.

Of course we will let you know when your order is on its way, you will then receive an email with your track & trace code. From that point on, it is useful to track it through our delivery partner, so that you know exactly when to expect your order.

Why does it sometimes take a little longer?

It is possible that your order with our delivery partner has been delayed, so keep an eye on your track & trace code.

We sometimes adjust our delivery times when we're busy. This can happen around the holidays, for example.

All our orders are shipped via DHL. Our shipping partner is Sendcloud, from which the tracking codes and shipping labels are handled. After your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an automatic email from Sendcloud with your track & trace code and the current shipping status. Please do not reply to this email as it is for information only.

Returns are no problem at Thalia!
Returns are always allowed within 14 days.

If you want to return one or more products, we ask you to register the return in advance by e-mail. Mention your order number and which product it concerns, so that we can process your return as well as possible.

Conditions Returns
– Pre-register returns via email
– Returns are at your own expense
– An explanation must always be given when packaging is opened
– Returns without prior notification will not be processed
– Statutory cooling-off period is 14 days after receipt of your order
– Warranty settlements are always replaced in the first place for a new product, if possible
– A possible refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of your return to the account with which you made the payment
– Your return must contain your complete order details (a copy of the e-mail order is fully compliant)
